My husband and I was served a summons from a loan company on Monday of last week. It was served by a deputy from the county over from us and the lawsuit was filed in that county. It even says in the summons that we reside in that county but also has our correct address. We lived at this address when we opened the loan and the loan was signed in this same county as well. And it’s not the county it says we live in or that it was filed in. Do we have any leverage with this? I have prepared an answer and a breach of venue.

Ask your friends, which had the similar situation. If you have closed your loan, you have no reason to be afraid of any summons.

Resolve your issue with the creditor legally, during, through the court.
