Is it possible to apply for a patent in Russia without a private reference from my current company?
As I told you in my migration card is written private now I am working in company which requires patent from me. If I take reference from the company is it possible apply for patent? I want to solve this problem without departing Russia...is there any way to solve this problem?

Здравствуйте. К сожалению нет. У вас единственный вариант, выезжать и въезжать на территорию России и в при заполнении миграционной карты попросить указать цель визита работа, если вы находитесь в России не более одного месяца.
