Navigating a Nightmare - The Rise of Gang Stalking and Cyber Attacks in the West - A Personal Account

So what do you do when you move to the West for the first time ever and you don't know anything about a thing but yet you start noticing that you're being followed gang stalked if you will and that you're getting chalked up on the internet somewhere on Facebook all your stuff's hacked to the point where you have to file identity theft and it's so bad right now that it seems like people are trying to take me out nobody seems want to help me I got like no friends around my reputation seems to be shot what do I do I'm even ill to the point I can't defend myself I have lots of different proof on this matter and included four months of documentation to crime check and calling it in and asking for help and nothing what do I do cuz I'm pretty worried and scared
