Why won't my sponsor renew my Qatar ID after 2 years, leaving me with a hefty fine and unable to return home without paying?

My sponsor not renew my qatar ID. Now 2 years already. Now fine more than 4000Qr.now I can’t go my country without pay. I complain already labour court but until no any solution.
